Trail Sled Dog Race 2001 Website.
For the Iditarod 2001, Iditacam CV plans to share the celebration
and excitement of the ceremonial start with the Internet audience
via six strategically located webcams along the most interesting
areas on the trail throughout Anchorage with the sixth cam being
located at checkpoint #1 at the VFW cache in Eagle River.
Iditacam CV will also be bringing live Web coverage of the restart
in Wasilla as well as coverage along the entire trail. Some of the
things that you can look forward to at Iditacam are live cams along
various points on the trail, all-new audio interviews with the mushers,
video clips available in Real Player and Windows Media, statistic
pages complete with links to the musher's Web sites and e-mail addresses
where applicable, interactive flash-enhanced maps of the Iditarod
trail, new 2001 photos, live chat and more.
